  • • Names, registration numbers, and emails of administrators, instructors, and students
  • • Clinical placement records, logbook entries, and supervisor assessments
  • • Billing and payment information (processed securely via trusted Kenyan payment partners)

How We Use Your Data

Only to deliver and improve our service:

  • • Generate placement letters and compliance reports
  • • Enable supervisors to assess students via mobile app
  • • Send important updates and support messages
  • • Process payments and issue invoices

We Never Sell Your Data

Period.

Your student records, placement data, and school information are yours. We do not share, sell, or rent them to third parties for marketing purposes.
